ඇඹිලිපිටිය කලාපයේ ගුරුවරුන් අතුරින් තෝරාගත් ගුරුපිරිසක් සඳහා අධ්‍යාපනික මෘදුකාංග නිර්මාණය පිළිබඳ හැදින්වීමක් ලබා දී යම් නිර්මාණයක් බිහි කිරීමට පෙළඹවීම මෙහි අරමුණ විය. නිර්මාණය සැකසීම සඳහා පාදක කරගන්නා යෙදුම /Authoring tool ලෙස ms power point යොදා ගත් අතර Flash 8 භාවිතා කිරීම මගින් interactive animation සකසා ගන්නේ කෙසේද යන්න අධ්‍යයනය කරන ලදී.

යම් පාඩමක් සඳහා මෘදුකාංගයක් හෝ Interactive ගති ලක්ෂණ සහිත presentation එකක් නිර්මාණය කිරීමේදී අනුගමනය කරන මූලික පියවර  විය යුත්තේ සැළසුම් කිරීමයි (design the instructions). එනම් එක් එක් තිරය(screen) තුළ අන්තර්ගත කරනු ලබන විෂය කරුණු  contents / Animations /videos/ texts / යනාදිය ක්‍රමලේඛණය ආරම්භ කිරීමට පෙර සැලසුම් කිරීමයි මෙමගින් පාඩම ක්‍රම ක්‍රමයෙන් විකාශය විය යුතු අයුරු සංවිධානය කර ගත හැකිවේ.සෑම තිරයකම අන්තර්ගතය multimedia principles අනුව නැවත සිතා බැලීමට එමගින් අවකාශ ලැබේ අවසානයේදී තමන් තෝරා ගත් පරිගණක භාෂාව හෝ යෙදුම භාවිතා කර ඉහත කී සැළසුමට අදාල පරිගණක වැඩසටහන සකස් කිරීම සිදුවේ වෘත්තීය මට්ටම්දී මෙම කාර්යය සිදු කිරීමේදී ‍
